HOLY WEEK & EASTER 2026

Sunday, March 29

Today marks our entrance into Holy Week. We remember Jesus’ triumphant entry and boisterous welcome into Jerusalem with the blessing of palms and hearing Hosannas. But the tone changes by the end of the service when we hear the story of Jesus’ Passion.

Thursday, April 2
6:30 p.m.

Tonight we celebrate the last meal that Jesus had with his disciples, where he told them that the most important thing is to love each other. We begin with a simple supper before moving into a shared Eucharist-the last before Easter. Finally we will strip the altar and wash it.

Friday, April 3
6:30 p.m.

Good Friday invites us into the stark reality that Jesus really and truly died on the cross. We will begin our service by reliving the stations of the cross with a procession and readings from Jesus’ Passion. We will then prayer the solemn collects, ancient and sacred prayers for the church and for the world. Finally is the opportunity to venerate the Cross, contemplating the paradox of the cross as a symbol of death and also as a path to Resurrection.

Saturday, April 4
7:43 p.m.

The Great Vigil of Easter with the new fire, lighting of the Paschal Candle, stories of salvation history, and the first Eucharist of Easter.

Sunday, April 5
8:00 a.m.
and 10:30 a.m.

Join us as we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus.
