Stations of the Cross
We have a strong group of volunteers who will meet weekly for a creative Lenten discipline of mosaic tiling. We will be creating 14  16” x 20” framed mosaics depicting the last hours of Jesus’ life. Our goal is to have them hung and ready to walk the stations on Good Friday, April 2nd. The mosaic Group will meet weekly on 8 Tuesdays from February 2- March 23 7-9 pm. Please consider joining us to cut glass, install glass, grout or cut frames. No prior experience necessary. Contact Cheryl Smith.  Participating in this project is free. If you would like to make a  financial donation to support this project, a $100 suggested donation is appreciated.

Acolyte Training on Sunday, February 21 at 11:30 am. 
There will be a training for acolytes on Sunday morning, February 16th, immediately following the 10:00 am service.  This is a perfect time for new acolytes to get on the schedule and learn from both the seasoned acolytes and Dr. Robertson.  All youth who attend the National Acolyte Festival, next fall must be trained and fully functioning as an acolyte.

We will have registration for the trip to Washington at the 21st meeting.  Acolytes must submit a non-refundable 50.00 deposit.  Other monies may be raised throughout the year, and parents may have to assume some financial additional responsibility when we purchase our airline tickets.

Are you wearing your name tag? Sometimes we all need a reminder to be sure to wear our name tags when we're at Church on Sundays. If you don't have a name tag sign up for a new one at the desk just to the left of the church entrance doors.

Good Samaritan Prayer List
Every Sunday we pray for one another and for our friends and loved ones in the Prayers of the People. You can add your prayers either by speaking them out during the prayers or you can add names to our prayer list. To add someone, simply send their name and your prayer request to the office at (425)868-2123.

"The News from Good Samaritan" Does the Church have your email address?
A lot of Good Samaritan's communication happens by email these days. We now send a weekly email called "The New Samaritan". This is a weekly newsletter to let everyone know what is going on during the week here at church. If you would like to be included please send your email to the office.
